Tom Groninger

Tom Groninger is the founder of G&G. Before the dream of owning an excavation company was realized, he farmed plots of land around Kosciusko County and drove truck for various companies. He passed the mantle onto his son in 1992, but he is still involved in the company. He works in the gravel pit, feeding the crusher, or loading trucks. He has his 40-Hour MSHA training. In his free time, Tom enjoys spending time with his grand kids, gardening, and farming.
