Maintenance & Aggregate Manager

Randy started in the company as a general laborer and rose through the ranks to the position of foreman. After serving as a foreman for several years, he was promoted to Maintenance Foreman. Recently, in 2020, Randy has taken on additional responsibilities on the aggregate side of the business and assumed a new title of Maintenance & Aggregate Manager.

As Maintenance & Aggregate Manager, he oversees the maintenance of all G&G’s equipment and aggregate operations.

Randy is certified in First Aid, CPR, 40- Hour OSHA, 40-Hour MSHA, 40-Hour HAZMAT, and has a class A CDL. In his free time, he enjoys racing cars and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
