For over 55 years, G&G Hauling & Excavating has been a leading contributor to community development in Kosciusko County. Recently, they did the excavation for the new Sunset Pavilion and ice rink in Winona Lake, developed the Warsaw Technology Park, and currently, they are working on the excavation for Parkview Hospital in Warsaw.
In 2021, G&G spearheaded the creation of a new housing community called Gateway Grove. Upon completion, the development will include 72 townhomes and single-family homes with many amenities. They have partnered with a local home builder to complete this project, which will help fill a
housing need in Kosciusko County.
Each year, G&G has a hand in around 50 large projects and between 50 and 75 smaller projects. They have worked with many local organizations on development projects over the years, including Fellowship Missions, Warsaw Community Schools, Habitat for Humanity, and the Warsaw Housing Authority, just to name a few.
Where G&G has arguably made one of the biggest impacts is through their commitment to community service. In 2021, G&G logged over 320 hours of volunteer time and have a goal of reaching over 380 hours in 2022. They have volunteered with local fire and police departments, at the Kosciusko County 4-H
fair, as well as many other community events. They were a big help with setting up the LaunchPad pop up childcare during the pandemic, and they even picked up and delivered the tables and chairs for our annual dinner last week. It would be hard to find an area of Kosciusko County where G&G has not made a significant impact.
