Troy Busenburg

Troy has been with G&G since 2007. Prior to coming to G&G, he owned a construction business – an experience which has helped him gain a greater sense of taking personal ownership of work.

Troy’s initial position at G&G was that of Dispatcher, a position he held for about 10 years. He was in charge of the hauling side of the business, which included dispatching trucks and interacting with customers who came in to buy material.

As an Operations Manager, Troy schedules field crews, has substantial administrative responsibilities and gives oversight on various projects.

Troy is certified in First Aid, CPR, 40- Hour OSHA, 40-Hour MSHA.

In his free time, Troy enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and taking care of his livestock.
